Overall, the brand is valued for its fresh ingredients, diverse seafood menu, and cozy local ambiance.
Those lil squids in chili and garlic are awesome. The steamed prawns aint bad and so is the bihun. Food was fast and fresh
Yummilicious and tasty food. Seafood are really fresh! The star dish is 中江米粉。Fried meehoon with spadehead fish. Oyster egg is superb, too. Huge Or and full of oyster flavour. Lala soup is yummy, too. Though small shell, but meat is full. Highly recommended. Need a bit of waiting, as it is like home cooked dishes. Google map doesn't lead to proper direction. Drive all way to the jetty area. Need to walk into the fishing village on the left. You can use google map from here.
First time in Kukup. Didn't know what to eat. Stumble upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We had to walk thru rows of houses on stilt. The entire village is on sea water. An interesting walk thru village houses, some were colorfully painted and decorated. Such a chill village. The boss recommended fish fry beehoon, deep fried pork, deep fried baby squid and chilli kangkung. It was delicious! Portion was generous. We will definitely come back for more.
Restaurant recommended by local here. Food is delicious and cheap. Definitely will come again when here again! Fresh seafood, personally I like the fried oysters eggs, signature beehoon and unique herbals tea.
Head in the direction of the Kukup International Ferry Terminal entrance, then turn left to enter a narrow alley (lorong), walk about 250m/3mins along the rows of houses until you reach this secluded restaurant on your right, easily recognisable via the green signboard. Our dinner cost only RM186, would you believe it? There's Steamed Crab, Garlic Steamed Slipper Lobsters, Fried Kam Heong Lala, Fried Fish Beehoon and Kangkung Belacan, plus 4 bottles of Herbal Tea. Seriously, this is a hidden gem! Would I come back? Yes for sure!
All dishes are so nice, hardly to get meat roll with meat inside(must be done by themselves not factory) . Bee hun is nice and even the herbal tea is nice
